The Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven
Enterprise Technology Advisor to develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
This is not a retail or transactional sales position.
The successful candidate will identify enterprise technology requirements, build relationships with senior decision-makers and work with Resemble Systems’ management, technology consultants and strategic partners to develop and close business opportunities.
The role requires someone who is comfortable prospecting for new customers, arranging meetings, presenting enterprise solutions, preparing proposals and following opportunities consistently through to closure.
Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for ambitious technology sales professionals with 2–5 years of experience who want to transition into enterprise solution selling. If you are passionate about cloud, infrastructure automation, AI, ERP or digital transformation and enjoy building relationships with senior business leaders, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new enterprise technology business opportunities across the UAE.
- Identify and approach prospective customers through telephone calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, events and direct networking.
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Heads of Infrastructure, Cloud Leaders, DevOps Leaders and other business decision-makers.
- Understand customer technology challenges and identify suitable solutions from IBM, AWS, Microsoft, Odoo and other approved partners.
- Promote infrastructure automation, cloud modernisation, DevOps, enterprise software and digital-transformation solutions.
- Arrange and conduct customer meetings, discovery sessions and solution presentations.
- Coordinate with technical consultants and vendor teams for demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-concept activities and commercial proposals.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and opportunity documentation.
- Follow up consistently with customers and partners until commercial closure.
- Develop new customer accounts while growing opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain complete and accurate lead, contact, meeting, opportunity and forecast information in the company CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, pipeline and customer-engagement targets.
- Participate in technology events, webinars, conferences and partner activities.
- Provide regular forecasts and opportunity updates to management.
- Represent Resemble Systems professionally in all customer and partner interactions.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a salesperson who is proactive, disciplined and comfortable taking ownership of business development.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have
- Approximately 2–5 years of B2B sales or business-development experience.
- Previous experience in the UAE technology market.
- Experience selling software, cloud, infrastructure, ERP, cybersecurity, professional services or other technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business rather than depending only on assigned accounts.
- Confidence engaging with senior business and technology decision-makers.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience preparing quotations, proposals and commercial presentations.
- Familiarity with CRM-based lead, pipeline and opportunity management.
- A strong sense of ownership and urgency toward achieving revenue targets.
- The ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with management, technical teams and vendor partners.

Mandatory: Demonstrated experience generating new business through prospecting, networking and executive relationship building.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas is preferred:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Engineering
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- A related discipline
Relevant enterprise technology sales experience may be considered in place of a specific degree.
Mobility Requirements
- A valid UAE Driving Licence is highly preferred.
- Access to a vehicle is preferred.
- The candidate must be willing to attend customer meetings throughout Dubai, Abu Dhabi and other Emirates when required.
- Occasional regional travel may be required based on business needs.
Compensation And Benefits
The selected candidate will receive:
- A fixed monthly salary package based on experience and suitability.

Sales Incentive Plan
In addition to the fixed salary, the employee will be eligible to participate in the Resemble Systems
Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).
The SIP rewards achievement against agreed sales targets and may cover eligible revenue generated from software licences, cloud subscriptions, implementation services, professional services, new customers, renewals and other approved company offerings.
Detailed targets, eligibility rules, calculation methods and payment conditions will be communicated separately to the selected candidate.

This is a revenue-generating position.
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate measurable progress from the beginning of employment through:

Performance will be reviewed regularly during the probationary period.
