Job Description

As an Enterprise Sales Manager at 28N25, you will be at the forefront of the company's growth efforts, driving sales strategies and achieving revenue targets. You will work closely with diverse teams to identify opportunities for enterprise-level sales engagements and foster strong relationships with key customers. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies to win new business, while also nurturing existing accounts to maximize their lifetime value. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge and exemplary sales skills to negotiate large-scale contracts and provide bespoke solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team to develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets efficiently.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to foster growth and development.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Develop customized sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the brand and generate leads.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and report on sales progress and client interactions.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary adjustments to enhance product/service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive marketplace.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level sales processes and complex contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools to manage sales activities effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
