The role

We are looking for a Customer Team Leader to lead our Enterprise Customer Success Partner team in Dubai. Enterprise covers our highest value accounts, where a single relationship can be worth millions of dirhams a year and where service quality is a direct driver of renewal. You will lead a team of 12 Customer Success Partners who work alongside our Business Consultants, and you will own the standard of service those clients receive every day.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will spend your time coaching your team, running a tight operational rhythm, and stepping into the accounts and escalations that need a senior presence. You will also be one of the voices shaping how Enterprise service works as the segment grows.

What You Will Do

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 12 Customer Success Partners, setting clear expectations and holding a consistent standard of delivery.
• Own the operational rhythm of the team: workload allocation, account coverage, escalation paths, response and resolution times.
• Work in step with Enterprise Business Consultants and commercial leadership so that account plans are executed rather than filed.
• Protect and grow revenue through retention, product adoption and disciplined follow-through on renewals and payment cycles.
• Use data to run the team. Build and rely on reporting that shows where accounts are healthy, where they are drifting, and where intervention is needed.
• Take personal ownership of escalations involving senior client stakeholders.
• Remove friction. Identify the process, tooling and product gaps that cost the team time, and work with Operations and Product to close them.
• Recruit, onboard and performance manage, building a bench that can absorb growth in the segment.
  
  

• Enterprise experience is essential. You have managed or serviced large, complex, high value accounts and you understand how decisions get made inside them.
• Proven people leadership at scale, ideally a team of eight or more, with examples of individuals you have developed.
• A track record in customer success, account management or client servicing within a commercial, target-carrying environment.
• Comfort with data and systems. Salesforce or a comparable CRM, and enough fluency in spreadsheets to build your own view rather than wait for one.
• Credibility with senior external stakeholders, including owners and managing directors, and the composure to hold a difficult conversation well.
• Sound judgement under pressure, and the willingness to make a call and stand behind it.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
  
  

• Experience in the UAE or wider GCC market.
• Arabic language skills.
• Background in real estate, proptech, marketplaces or SaaS.
• Experience building a customer success function rather than only running one.
