We’re opening a brand-new role for an Enterprise Account Manager within our MerchOne Corporate team. In this position, you’ll lead strategic relationships with global brands, design AI-powered engagement concepts, and drive multi-million–dollar commercial growth across the US and Europe — all from our Dubai innovation hub.

What You Will Do
Own global enterprise acquisition — identify, engage, and win high-value clients across the US and Europe from our Dubai strategic hub. 🏢
Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with Marketing, Loyalty, CX, Brand, and Procurement teams at major airlines, telcos, retailers, financial institutions, and global enterprises. 🤝
Design creative, AI-powered engagement concepts (e.g., personalized gifting experiences, customized loyalty assets, AI-generated recommendations) tailored to each client’s customer audience.🧠
Build and manage 7–8 figure strategic accounts, from first outreach to contract signature to ongoing relationship expansion.📊
Navigate complex international procurement frameworks, RFP/RFQ processes, and multi-country compliance guidelines.🌍
Coordinate cross-functional delivery with global production sites, operations, and product teams to execute large-scale personalized campaigns.📋
Drive predictable commercial outcomes by building, forecasting, and owning your revenue pipeline — targeting multi-million USD quarterly quotas.💼
Act as the strategic partner to enterprise clients, presenting commercial proposals, insights, and data-driven creative solutions that elevate customer engagement.💡
Champion the use of AI internally and externally to craft scalable, innovative personalization concepts for enterprise clients.🤝
Experience
Preferred Background:
4+ years in enterprise B2B sales or strategic account management, ideally selling marketing/engagement solutions, SaaS, loyalty tech, MarTech, digital services, or promotional product programs to large organizations.
Proven success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with enterprise clients — ideally USD 1M+ ticket sizes or long-cycle consultative sales.
Experience working with or selling into global markets (US/EU), handling time zones, remote stakeholders, and multinational procurement environments.
Skills
Strong consultative-selling capability, ideally with exposure to loyalty programs, customer engagement, personalized products, or AI-driven marketing solutions.
Ability to design bespoke commercial propositions, not just respond to inbound requests.
Comfortable owning the full account lifecycle: hunting, pitching, contracting, execution oversight, and long-term growth.
Confident working with senior stakeholders — CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Loyalty, Procurement Directors, Creative Agencies.
Digitally fluent: HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and BI dashboards for forecasting and targeting.
AI-curious and excited about using generative AI to create new customer engagement concepts, product ideas, and personalized content.
Fluency/C1 in English is required, any other languages are an advantage.
