Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters.

  • Monitor market trends and manage competitive activities to position our offerings effectively.
  • Prepare detailed account reports and sales forecasts on a regular basis.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to expand brand presence and network.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage client relationships and sales activities efficiently.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, particularly with senior executives.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and the ability to customize solutions accordingly.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools required.
