Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you are tasked with managing and expanding our business relationships with strategic enterprise clients. Your primary focus will be driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and aligning them with our innovative solutions. This role demands a blend of strategic insight, consultative sales skills, and technical acumen to successfully address the complex challenges faced by enterprise clients. Your ability to communicate effectively, negotiate contracts, and manage a pipeline will be critical in achieving set sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to understand client requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Lead client presentations and product demonstrations to showcase company offerings.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of account activities and customer interactions in CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is required.
  • Proven track record of overachieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with a strategic approach to sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools is necessary.
  • Ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
