The Enterprise Account Executive is a high-impact, strategic role that serves as a key player in our growth and success. This individual is responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our most significant and complex clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and solutions tailored to their intricate needs. Embedded within the heart of our sales team, the Enterprise Account Executive is the primary driver of revenue from major sectors by showcasing our unparalleled value proposition. With a thorough understanding of our offerings and clients’ business strategies, you will identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling our suite of products and solutions. This role demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in managing large accounts, all while working in close collaboration with our internal departments to meet and exceed client expectations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise client accounts.
  • Manage full sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, with top-tier clients.
  • Identify client needs and pain points to deliver tailored solutions effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Create compelling presentations and proposals that address client needs and objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Provide ongoing account management post-sale to foster long-term client success.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine our offerings for enterprise clients.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company.
  • Report regularly to senior management on account activities and forecasted revenues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex contract negotiations and sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Experience within the industry or market of the assigned enterprise clients preferred.
