We are looking for motivated UAE National students pursuing engineering degrees who are interested in gaining practical exposure within Electrical and Automation Engineering in a real project environment.

Role Overview

The Engineering Trainee will support the Electrical and Automation Engineering team in day-to-day technical and project activities while gaining hands-on exposure to automation systems, PLCs, electrical systems, testing, and commissioning activities within airport logistics projects.

This opportunity is ideal for students looking to gain industry experience and practical engineering exposure alongside experienced professionals.

What Are My Responsibilites

• Support the Electrical and Automation Engineering team in daily activities.
• Assist with reviewing electrical and control drawings.
• Support preparation of technical documents, reports, and checklists.
• Observe and assist during testing and commissioning activities.
• Gain exposure to PLC systems, HMIs, drives, sensors, and automation equipment.
• Assist with tracking project updates, technical issues, and site activities.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams when required.
• Follow safety, quality, and company procedures at all times.
  
  

• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering field.
• Interest in automation, PLCs, industrial systems, and engineering projects.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems or automation concepts is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, TIA Portal, MATLAB, or programming is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a practical engineering environment.
• Fluent in English.
