Engineering Supervisor Pre-Opening Hotel

We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor to join our team at a pre-opening hotel in Deira. This role will oversee daily engineering operations and ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the engineering department.
• Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of all MEP systems.
• Respond promptly to engineering issues, breakdowns, and emergencies.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify preventive maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized works and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Monitor energy consumption and support efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
• Supervise and train engineering team members to maintain high work standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel standards, and company policies.
• Assist in planning preventive maintenance programs and department budgeting.
• Support the Chief Engineer / Director of Engineering in daily operations and projects.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
  
  

• Proven experience as an Engineering Supervisor or similar role, preferably in hotels or pre-opening properties.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and hotel maintenance operations.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a technical team.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
