• Performing troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and equipment qualification
• Preparing GMP-compliant technical documentation (URS, SOPs, qualification documents, maintenance schedules, etc.)
• Issuing technical approvals for equipment and systems during maintenance, qualification, and repair
• Collaboration on deviation and change management processes, as well as on the preparation of risk analyses and technical specifications
• Updating and maintaining the equipment database
• Overseeing the monitoring system and the HVAC system
• Conducting employee training
• Serving as the point of contact for colleagues and external service providers regarding technical issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical certification with professional experience in pharmaceutical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the technical support of pharmaceutical or biotechnology production equipment and systems
• Experience in equipment and system qualification
• Advanced knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal requirements (e.g., GMP, DIN/ISO standards)
• A hands-on and independent approach to work in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent German and good English skills
