Role Overview

e& is seeking a qualified Engineer to join our dynamic Sales Support Team within the Customer Operation (Fast-Sales) Division. This role supports both sales operations and on-site support functions, requiring flexibility to work in rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Evening).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues reported by Field staff/Sales staff.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer provision activity efficiently.
• Provide first-level technical support, ensuring high-quality service and minimal delay.
• Maintain accurate logs of issues, resolutions, and shift activities with supervisory skills.
• Follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues when required.
• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding incident status and updates
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Strong knowledge of MS office plus able to navigate within web based system applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• UAE National (Family Book required)
