Job Purpose

Ensure the robustness of the supply chain, drive continuous improvements, and guarantee that suppliers are aligned with TechnipFMC’s global standards.

Job Description

  • Perform quality audits at suppliers to verify compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
  • Conduct safety assessments and audits at suppliers.
  • Support technical and safety audits conducted by TechnipFMC specialists.
  • Execute and document qualification and development processes for suppliers, products, services, and equipment.
  • Deliver training sessions to suppliers on TechnipFMC-specific tools, processes, and disciplines.
  • Prepare, review, and approve documents, procedures, and technical specifications.
  • Perform process and safety verifications at suppliers.
  • Monitor inspections at suppliers and provide guidance to inspectors.
  • Review inspection reports and measurement bulletins from suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance in safety and quality.
  • Act on containment, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Promote continuous improvement in supplier production processes and controls.
  • Implement internal process improvements aligned with departmental goals and objectives.
  • Represent the team in project interfaces, as required by business needs.

You Are Meant For This Job If

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials, Production, Electronic, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge in welding, machining, special processes, and manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience in a factory environment.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of Quality tools (PDCA, Lean) is desirable.
  • Fluent English.
