Job Description

As a global software company, we provide world-class customer service to an eclectic portfolio of customers with an equally varied set of needs. As an Engagement Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading, organizing and carrying out complex projects. From the planning stages to rollout, you’ll participate in defining the perfect methodology for each and ensuring they are successfully delivered in time and scope - all while keeping regular and high-quality communication with our clients.


Your challenges and objectives:

  • Manage projects and properly prioritize them.
  • Gain thorough knowledge of our product and organization to pursue alignment and added value.
  • Deliver complex projects in a timely manner and covering the proper scope, providing a premium service.
  • Continuously evolve on project management capabilities, increasing the complexity of projects undertaken.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders both within the company and with our customers.


Your day-to-day activities:

  • Coordinate with our customers to define projects methodologies and plans, and agree on communication guidelines.
  • Create project plans in agreement with our clients and identify critical paths.
  • Report project status periodically.
  • Identify, communicate and mitigate potential risks and delays.
  • Continuously verify that the projects are within scope.
  • Coordinate tasks and manage internal resources.


About you:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Availability to work on site at the client’s location.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic.
  • University degree.
  • Outstanding communication and organization skills.
  • Experienced in project management in a software development environment, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Software implementation experience is valued.
  • Project management certifications are a plus.
