Armacell is looking for a commercially focused and results-driven Sales Manager to carry out sales activities across the Middle East, with a specific focus on the Energy sector. This position is responsible for implementing sales initiatives that contribute to revenue growth, increased market share, and customer acquisition in the oil & gas, power generation, and industrial infrastructure markets.

Your Tasks

  • Drive sales growth of Armacell’s insulation and strategic products across the Middle East with a primary focus on the energy sector
  • Establish and manage a robust project pipeline, ensuring timely conversion from lead generation to order closure
  • Implement country-specific sales strategies for KSA, Qatar, UAE and other GCC countries to achieve defined sales targets
  • Lead high-level customer interactions and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships and high-value contracts
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Customer services,supply chain management,product management, marketing, and commercial operations) to align sales efforts with regional business objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to adapt commercial strategies and identify areas of opportunity
  • Manage distributor performance by setting targets, evaluating outcomes, and ensuring strong channel relationships
  • Report sales performance and market updates to the General Manager EMEA South East & MEA and Business Development Manager EMEA using CRM tools such as Salesforce


Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (technical background is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in industrial or construction materials, preferably within the energy or oil & gas sector in the Middle East
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex B2B customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of project sales cycles and government/EPC procurement processes
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) for sales reporting and lead management
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independently managing a multi-country sales territory
  • Valid UAE or Saudi Arabia driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region
