Job Description

An Endoscopy Coordinator is a pivotal role within the medical and healthcare field, responsible for coordinating and managing endoscopic procedures within a medical facility.   • Assist in the preparation and cleanliness of endoscopy suites before and after procedures.
  • Work closely with the nursing department to coordinate patient care and recovery requirements.
  • Monitor and implement quality control measures to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct routine checks and maintenance for endoscopic equipment, ensuring functionality.
  • Participate in staff training sessions to promote best practices in endoscopy care.
  • Lead efforts in maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for patient interaction.
  • Proficiency in medical scheduling software and endoscopy equipment handling.
