We are looking for a proactive Employer Growth Executive to help expand our employer network across the UAE. This role focuses on building relationships with companies, introducing our platform, and supporting employers in adopting smarter hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to companies actively hiring
• Present ElevetCareers to HR teams and founders
• Assist employers in posting jobs on the platform
• Support onboarding during trial period
• Maintain employer relationships and follow-ups

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Sales or business development experience preferred
• Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach
• Self-driven and target-oriented
