Job Purpose

  • As a project coordinator, primarily to support project team, sales team and tech service team.
  • Prepare & provide data (about market & project) to colleagues for helping them make correct decisions in strategy, target projects & markets.
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) champion
  • CRM data management, analysis of the data, encourage end users to correctly use that platform.
  • Facilitating / Organizing CRM sales review meeting (project team & sales team).
  • Documents management to support (PQ data, Track Records, Case study).
  • Technical service team support for administration tasks.

Key Accountabilities

CRM Local Champion

  • Encourage CRM users to keep fresh data, update in time, data cleaning and monthly usage monitoring.
  • CRM training to local new-comer and solving minor problem thru central team
  • Organize a meeting, facilitate a meeting, remind colleagues with action plan.

Market / Project news update

  • Regularly update of market news (with key notes) and update upcoming projects as monthly newsletter
  • Monthly awarded project list

Analyse of market / project mapping

  • By using market intelligence platform (MEED & IIR) – project mapping / analysis (market, stakeholders)

Data Management

  • PQ data, create Track Records & Case studies into share folder
  • Support - Technical service team administration tasks
    • Technical Service daily movements recording
    • Keeping site visit reports reference inventory up to date
    • Filling technical letter (TL) with reference no. code
    • Procurement process – generate Pos and creating payment vs invoices
Experience

  • University degree, preferably in Business administration
  • Data management skills
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel / Word / Power point)
