Electrician

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works at residential projects.
• Install and connect lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, DBs, isolators, and other electrical accessories.
• Perform cable pulling, cable termination, dressing, and routing according to approved drawings.
• Install and maintain conduits, cable trays, trunking, and electrical containment systems.
• Read and understand MEP electrical drawings, layouts, and single-line diagrams.
• Carry out electrical works for residential units, villas, apartments, common areas, and service rooms.
• Assist with installation and connection of AC power supplies, pumps, water heaters, exhaust fans, and other MEP equipment.
• Conduct basic testing and troubleshooting of electrical circuits and equipment.
• Identify electrical faults and carry out necessary corrective works.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with project specifications, safety requirements, and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with MEP supervisors, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and other site teams.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure safe working practices at the work site.
• Use electrical tools and testing equipment safely and correctly.
• Report material requirements, site issues, and technical problems to the supervisor.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an MEP/Electrical Technician or Electrician.
• Experience in residential construction, villa, or fit-out projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical installation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read basic MEP/electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of UAE construction-site safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
