• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of all hotel electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and plant rooms.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns to minimize operational disruptions.
• Inspect, maintain, and test electrical panels, lighting systems, power outlets, generators, UPS, and emergency lighting.
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety standards, UAE electrical regulations, and fire & life safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.
• Support energy conservation initiatives by identifying and reporting opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities are completed with minimal impact on guests.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Assist with installation, renovation, and project work as assigned by the Engineering management.
• Participate in emergency response procedures and provide technical support during operational emergencies.
• Uphold Avani+ brand standards by delivering efficient, reliable, and guest-focused engineering services.
