The Electrical Supervisor is a vital role responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work activities of electricians and ensuring that all electrical systems, equipment, and components are installed and maintained properly, efficiently, and safely. This position requires a thorough understanding of electrical systems, the ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams, and strong leadership skills to manage the electrical team effectively. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians during installation and maintenance work.
• Ensure all electrical systems and components are installed in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
• Provide guidance and training to team members, fostering skill development and safety awareness.
• Review and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for project execution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of electrical installations and repairs for reporting purposes.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any malfunctions or safety hazards.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance system reliability and lifespan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical systems and supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations is essential.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical plans and technical diagrams.
