Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of electrical activities at project sites efficiently.
• Supervise and manage the on-site electrical engineering team to ensure productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to plan and design project specifications.
• Resolve any electrical engineering problems that arise during construction processes.
• Ensure that all electrical work meets the required quality and legal standards.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to purchase and manage materials and resources.
• Analyze project blueprints and technical documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation as required.
• Assist in preparing project budgets and schedule estimations for electrical components.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders through regular updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering on construction sites.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and relevant technical tools.
• Solid understanding of safety and electrical codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure efficiently.
