Electrical Inspector - Site

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Electrical Inspector - Site to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of electrical installations on construction sites throughout the region.

• Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems and components on construction sites to ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Perform tests on electrical installations using specialized equipment to verify safety and functionality
• Identify and document electrical deficiencies, code violations, and safety hazards
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve electrical issues and ensure timely project completion
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all inspections and findings
• Stay up-to-date with changes in electrical codes, regulations, and industry best practices
• Provide guidance and recommendations to improve electrical safety and efficiency on construction sites
• Participate in pre-construction meetings to discuss electrical requirements and potential challenges
• Ensure compliance with UAE electrical standards and regulations
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical inspection or related field
• Proficiency in electrical codes and standards, including familiarity with UAE electrical regulations
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Experience working on construction sites
• Familiarity with testing equipment and inspection tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inspection software
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel to various construction sites within the UAE
