Job Title: Electrical Foreman

Job Summary
The Electrical Foreman is responsible for supervising all electrical works on site and ensuring installations are completed safely, on schedule, and according to approved drawings and project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works (power, lighting, earthing, ELV systems).

  
  


• 
  

  Assign daily tasks to electricians and monitor work quality and progress.

  
  


• 
  

  Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure installations comply with approved shop drawings and safety standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with engineers and other trades to prevent site conflicts.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor materials, tools, and manpower needs.

  
  


• 
  

  Inspect works and ensure issues are corrected promptly.

  
  


• 
  

  Enforce electrical safety procedures and site housekeeping.

  
  


• 
  

  Report daily progress and issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of electrical systems and site practices.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.

  
  


• 
  

  Good team leadership and communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiar with electrical safety regulations and site standards.
