Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, installing and maintaining electrical control systems, equipment and power distribution in our manufacturing facility.

Compensation: $100,000 and up depending on qualification and experience
Specific Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Lead project planning and execution, including modifications and upgrades to existing electrical systems.
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of electrical schematics, control panel designs and power distribution systems and components to improve plant reliability and performance using CAD software.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve problems effectively.
Analyze system data and performance metrics to support decision-making and improve system reliability, efficiency and performance.
Document technical procedures, maintenance activities, and reliability improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all engineering activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
Minimum of 5 years electrical experience in an industrial setting
Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) HMI development and SCADA systems
Basic knowledge of reliability engineering principles and maintenance practices.
Proficiency in technical software tools (e.g., MATLAB, AutoCAD) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities as well as the capability to collaborate with technicians, vendors, contractors and management.
Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of aluminum rolling mill processes is a plus.
Strong understanding of industrial safety standards and practices.
