Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical components and systems for diverse engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for proposed electrical designs.
• Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and documentation for projects.
• Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and performance standards and regulations.
• Analyze and solve design-related problems and refine solutions as necessary.
• Perform testing and validation of electrical components and systems.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on improvements and revisions.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in electrical design.
• Provide technical support during the manufacturing and installation phases.
• Oversee junior engineers and provide guidance and mentorship when necessary.
• Document engineering processes, modifications, and testing procedures comprehensively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is required.
• Proven experience in electrical design and engineering for at least 3–5 years.
• Familiarity with electrical design software like AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of electrical standards, codes, and regulations is essential.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective technical reporting.
• A proactive approach to learning and applying new electrical engineering techniques.
