Job Description

Requirements

5–8 years of relevant experience in UAE, preferably in facility management and high-rise buildings.

Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit MEP/BIM is an advantage.

Good understanding of MEP systems, building services, and construction practices.

Strong coordination, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Electrical Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed electrical shop drawings, lighting layouts, power containment, ELV systems, and Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
Preparing Electrical rooms, LV rooms and detail trench layout
Prepare complete DEWA submittal packages including Total Connected Load (TCL) schedules, Maximum Demand (MD) calculations, and schematic layouts strictly matching DEWA standards.
Conduct spatial clash-detection and trade coordination between electrical, mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, and structural layouts.
Revise and update drawings according to site modifications and engineer feedback to create accurate As-Built submissions.
