• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related technical field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical design roles in relevant industries.
• Proficiency in using CAD software and other design tools for electrical engineering.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Effective communication skills for articulate presentations and successful team collaboration.
• Solid knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations impacting electrical design.
