As an EK Ground Dispatcher, you will coordinate all functions of each aircraft turnaround driving and motivating those involved to achieve safe and punctual departures of Emirates flights whilst maximising the payload in compliance with all regulatory requirements Act as the primary point of contact at the aircraft for all Group stakeholders Government departments and external agencies such as DNATA, DCA Flight Operations and Service Delivery
In this role, you will;
The Emirates Ground Dispatcher makes decisions on key operational issues such as the offload of passengers and/or baggage and cargo to ensure that the Emirates flight schedule is maintained in accordance with the published precision timing schedule (PTS). The Dispatcher takes accountability for, and has authority to make decisions on the acceptance of last minute or delayed loads that could potentially delay flight departures. The Dispatcher follows the flight briefing and establishes, in consultation with the Emirates Hub Control Duty Manager, when a delay is acceptable operationally and commercially.
The Ground Dispatcher responsible responsible for ensuring safety compliance standards are practiced by all Ground Service providers involved in activities on or around the Emirates aircraft. The Dispatcher is accountable to ensure that any unsafe practices are immediately ceased and reported as required via Ground Safety Reports so that corrective and preventative actions can be implemented to reduce risk.
The Ground Dispatcher ensures that all passenger and deadload details are reconciled against actual loading/boarding and accounted for on the flight Load sheet prior to release of the aircraft. The Dispatcher has authority to delay the departure of the flight until all figures are correctly accounted on flight documents.
The Ground Dispatcher plans a strategy for flight departures prior to commencing any precision timing activities after seeking and interpreting a full flight briefing (e.g. enroute restrictions, flight crew limitations etc) via Emirates Hub Control Centre. The Dispatcher conducts a briefing to all stakeholders involved in the flight departure and establishes any operational shortfalls, organising immediate remedial solutions within acceptable standards for an on time departure.
The Ground Dispatcher oversees the departure flight process by leading Emirates and dnata teams with a proactive, can-do approach that inspires colleagues. The Dispatcher continuously seeks to optimize on-time performance and maximize payload. Assesses any anticipated delays to identify opportunities for increased payload revenue.and enhance customer service.

The Emirates Ground Dispatcher builds and maintains relationships with key flight handling partners, including fueling companies, Dnata, and Emirates flight catering, to identify and recommend enhancements to safety and security procedures. Regularly provides feedback to EKAS Operations Services Management to ensure the airline consistently upholds industry-leading operational standards.
The Emirates Ground Dispatcher has full autonomy in the allocation of delay codes and timings for any off schedule departures. This is done by fully investigating PTS schedule failures so that accurate trends can be assessed for future service level improvements.
Qualification
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below;
5 years experience in Airport Operations
10 Years schooling or equivalent
Successful completion of the Emirates Principles of weight and balance and or Advanced Load Control training or external equivalent is a desirable qualification.
Applicants must posses a driving license approved by their home country.
Experience in Airline Handling experience either above or below the wing in one or more core areas such as cargo load control passenger services ramp in a major international airport .
To operate within the training role previous experience of coaching on either a formal or informal basis is essential.
Ability to work under pressure.
For training role leadership capability and the ability to act as a role model for new and junior staff is essential.
Ability to Working at height noisy environment.
