JOB PURPOSE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES 

• Support the assigned department in day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within required timelines.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and information in line with business requirements.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across the Bank.
• Provide a high standard of service while demonstrating professionalism and accountability.
• Learn and follow relevant banking processes, procedures, policies, and systems.
• Participate in learning and development opportunities to build professional and technical capabilities.

• High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree, depending on the available opportunity.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn, develop, and build a career within the banking sector.
• Strong teamwork, customer-service orientation, and attention to detail.
