On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an EGM Performance Manager to join the resort’s EGM Administration team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Supports the Vice President - EGM Operations in all departmental performance related analysis.
• Monitor machine performance data and address underperforming assets with actionable strategies.
• Conduct competitive analysis and recommend game changes based on market trends.
• Collaborate on gaming floor layout design and execute installations, conversions, and removals.
• Work closely with vendors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.
• Utilize EGM tracking systems and analytics tools to extract insights and drive improvements
• Prepare detailed reports on EGM performance, revenue trends, and operational efficiency
• Perform data entry, updates, and ongoing management of the EGM machine database.
• Manage system configuration changes related to machine moves, conversions and any other operational requirements.
• Conduct machines hold variance investigations in coordination with income control
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in EGM operations or gaming analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EGM machine technology, performance management systems, and gaming regulations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, SPSS) and EGM management systems.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
