Validating deployed designs to confirm delivery against specifications and expected performance outcomes
Supporting proof-of-concept and pilot deployments to assess new technologies, configurations and equipment under live site conditions
Developing and supporting business cases for site upgrades, technology changes and design improvements, ensuring clear efficiency gains and improved return on invested capital
Assessing asset lifecycle performance and failure trends to identify opportunities for cost avoidance, warranty recovery, life extension and improved total cost of ownership
Acting as the link between design and operations by providing structured feedback into standards updates, design improvements and engineering governance processes
Identifying and validating fuel reduction and energy efficiency opportunities, supporting reduced DG run hours, zero-DG operation and net-zero power pathways
Requirements For The Role
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Significant experience in power systems engineering within telecoms, energy or infrastructure environments
