Job Description

About Us

Renaissance® is a global leader in education technology. We help schools and school groups in the UK and around the world with educational assessments, practice and intervention solutions, and data analytics. Renaissance now incorporates GL Assessment (known internationally as GL Education), too – a leading provider of educational assessments.

Together, our assessments offer the ideal starting point to help teachers understand their students’ strengths and pinpoint areas of need. Our teaching and learning tools then provide effective next steps, with online literacy and maths solutions that meet students exactly where we are.

Worldwide, we support over 18 million students, operating in over 100 countries.

Our team in the UAE is expanding, and we’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Education Advisor to join the driving force behind Renaissance Global’s growth across the region.

As an Education Advisor, you will be the primary liaison for our partner schools—working closely with senior leadership, teachers, department heads, and data/assessment leads. Through these relationships, you will support teaching and learning by helping schools unlock the full value of Renaissance Global’s assessment and instructional tools.

Your role is centred around empowering educators with actionable insights, ensuring they can make informed decisions that enhance pupil progress. You’ll demonstrate how our products can elevate teaching and learning outcomes, and guide schools through successful implementation.

Education Advisor Job Responsibilities Include

  • Represent Renaissance Global at school visits, workshops, exhibitions, and conferences, presenting our solutions with confidence and clarity.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders to support their goals and ensure our products meet their expectations.
  • Support new customers in successfully onboarding to our platforms, ensuring a positive start to their partnership with us.
  • Help schools interpret and use data effectively, reinforcing the value of our reports to support renewals and long-term engagement.
  • Leverage your existing networks to champion our suite of products and identify wider opportunities.
  • Coordinate and deliver training—both through our training team and personally—to ensure users are fully confident in our solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the field sales and marketing teams to provide exceptional pre‑ and post‑sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, activity, and insights using internal systems.
  • Partner with sales and marketing colleagues to contribute to impactful content including social media updates, webinars, and case studies.
  • Build deep product expertise to offer confident support and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather reports and relevant information to assist customers.
  • Share your educational expertise—particularly in pedagogy, teaching and learning best practice, and the value of data insights—to support customer success.
  • Generate referrals and nurture long‑term partnerships with existing schools.

Experience You Can Bring Includes

  • Previous experience working within an international education environment
  • Teaching experience in the Middle East (preferred)
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Proven relationship‑building and commercial engagement skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Confident presenting to diverse audiences
  • Understanding of current education trends and challenges, particularly in the Middle East
