SuperAI is Asia’s largest artificial intelligence gathering, bringing together frontier labs (OpenAI, Google DeepMind, Anthropic), enterprise giants, tech builders, and venture capitalists at Marina Bay Sands to drive real-world AI deployment and bridge global dialogues across the US, China, Europe, and Asia.

Together, we shape the narratives of the future tech landscape. We are seeking an ambitious, high-velocity Ecosystem Manager to expand and nurture our expansive global networks of Web3 projects, L1/L2 foundations, AI startups, enterprise partners, and developer communities.

Role Overview

As the Ecosystem Manager, you will be the connective tissue of our flagship events. You will not just manage a network; you will curate and grow the entire lifecycle of our partner ecosystems. This involves building strategic relationships with top-tier crypto foundations and AI model labs, managing large-scale community and affiliate programs, and overseeing the highly curated startup competitions (e.g., SuperAIs Genesis) and hundreds of official side events during Singapore AI Week and TOKEN2049 Week.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partner & Account Management
• Serve as the primary, high-touch point of contact for key ecosystem partners, including Tier-1 layer-1/layer-2 protocols, major AI foundations, developer DAOs, research institutes, and venture funds.
• Align ecosystem partner goals with event frameworks, ensuring maximum value extraction through speaking opportunities, curated networking sessions, and custom activations.
• Collaborate closely with the Sponsorship and Commercial sales teams to transition high-potential ecosystem contacts into premium event sponsors.
• Side-Event & "Week" Orchestration
• Lead the curation, approval, and strategic scheduling of over 100+ community-organized satellite events, hackathons, and workshops during TOKEN2049 Week and Singapore AI Week.
• Work closely with external hosts to ensure their side events maintain the premium quality and compliance standard associated with our brand.
• Startup Ecosystem & Competitions
• Own the execution and pipeline of flagship startup initiatives, such as SuperAI’s Genesis Pitch Competition and TOKEN2049 startup showcases.
• Source high-quality global startups across the AI stack (compute, model, robotics, application layers) and Web3 verticals (DeFi, Infrastructure, Consumer Crypto).
• Convene and manage relationships with institutional judges, venture capital syndicates, and corporate accelerators sponsoring cash prizes or grant pools.
• Community and Affiliate Engagement
• Expand the Community Partner and Affiliate Programs, driving global inbound ticket traffic, hacker registrations, and brand awareness through developer hubs and regional user groups.
• Work cross-functionally with the Marketing and Content teams to amplify ecosystem stories, partner milestones, and co-marketed event initiatives across digital platforms.
  
  

• Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in Ecosystem Management, Venture Relations, Developer Relations (DevRel), or Business Development within a prominent Web3 foundation, AI startup accelerator, tech fund, or tier-1 global conference ecosystem.
• Industry Domain Knowledge: A deep, functional understanding of both the Web3 landscape (L1/L2 networks, DeFi, tokenomics) and the AI stack (frontier models, infrastructure/compute, embodied AI).
• Network: An existing, warm network of founders, VC investors, and community leaders in either the AI or crypto space.
• Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills. You are capable of managing hundreds of moving parts, multiple accounts, and strict deadlines simultaneously under high pressure.
• Communication: Flawless written and spoken English. Strong interpersonal and public-facing presentation skills are mandatory. (Proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages is a major advantage given our East-West hub positioning).
• Mindset: An entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude with high execution velocity. You thrive in a flat structure and understand that "no task is too small, and no vision is too big."
