Ecommerce Specialist - Dubai

We have an exciting new role as ECommerce Specialist who is responsible for accelerating online growth across key eCommerce customers by turning data into actions and ensuring strong execution. This role sits at the heart of eCommerce performance, driving category growth, digital shelf excellence, customer insights, and campaign activation across platforms.

How Will You Make An Impact In This Role

• Lead category deep dives and regular performance reviews across key eCommerce accounts
• Translate data and insights into clear action plans by category and customer
• Conduct post-campaign analysis and share performance recommendations
• Support JTBD and category strategy discussions
  
  

Campaign & Activation Management

• Act as activation owner for eCommerce campaigns
• Ensure strong execution of promotions, content, and activations across platforms
• Own eCommerce activation reporting and performance insights
  
  

NIQ Digital Shelf, Content & Availability

• Own availability and out-of-stock (OOS) tracking across all eCommerce platforms
• Manage MSL, assortment, and content
• Ensure content bank updates in NIQ, accurate, and compliant across platforms
• Own and lead NIQ Digital Shelf tracking to monitor performance and competitors
• Monitor pricing index
  
  

What Will Make You Successful In This Role

• 2–4+ years of experience in eCommerce, analytics, business analysis, or digital roles
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with Excel, dashboards, and performance reporting
• Experience managing digital content, assortment, and online availability
• Familiarity with Digital Shelf tools is an advantage
• FMCG or retail eCommerce experience preferred
