We are seeking a talented Ecommerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and developing strategies that will enhance our online presence, drive sales, and increase customer satisfaction. As an integral part of our e-commerce team, you will work closely with other departments including marketing, sales, and customer service to optimize our online platforms and improve our digital marketing initiatives. The role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective ecommerce strategies to drive business growth.
• Analyze and optimize web traffic metrics to improve online revenue.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns.
• Maintain and update the product listings on various ecommerce platforms.
• Monitor and analyze competitors' strategies to keep our company competitive.
• Collaborate with IT and design teams to enhance website functionality and appearance.
• Manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media advertising campaigns.
• Track and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
• Oversee content creation and design concepts for the website and emails.
• Ensure top-notch customer service and resolve any ecommerce-related issues promptly.
• Regularly update management on ecommerce trends and industry developments.
• Prepare and present reports on web performance and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Profound knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
