Responsibilities

  • Analyze website traffic and sales performance to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute various online marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with supply chain departments to ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Ensure a seamless and consistent brand messaging across all online platforms and communications.
  • Work with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any website functionality issues promptly.
  • Develop comprehensive reports that track ecommerce platform performance and sales metrics.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring and addressing customer feedback.
  • Optimize product descriptions and images for search engine optimization and customer appeal.
  • Liaise with external vendors for software solutions and digital marketing services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing ecommerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with effective time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating across departments.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage for troubleshooting and minor website updates.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to staying updated with ecommerce trends.
