Job Description

As an Ecommerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the online presence and sales of our company’s products or services. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize our ecommerce platforms, ensuring seamless user experience and driving increased conversion rates. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer service to develop and execute ecommerce strategies. You will analyze trends, generate insights, and implement improvements that enhance engagement and boost revenue. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing techniques, and consumer behavior. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong analytical skills to thrive in a fast-paced online retail environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of ecommerce platforms to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to increase online visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure accurate and timely product listings and updates.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Optimize product display pages and improve website usability to drive conversions.
  • Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment process.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to keep ecommerce platforms competitive.
  • Generate and present regular reports on ecommerce performance to management.
  • Manage the ecommerce budget, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all ecommerce operations.
  • Continuously improve and update ecommerce strategies based on collected data and analytics.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff in ecommerce operations and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing ecommerce platforms effectively.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is preferred.
