Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.

  • Monitor and report on competitors' activities and market trends.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of website improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with all e-commerce regulations and consumer rights.
  • Track and analyze web analytics to improve user experience and sales.
  • Manage budget for online marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics and other web analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertisement strategies is a plus.
