We are seeking a highly skilled Echo Cardiographer to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms for adult and pediatric patients.
• Perform advanced echocardiographic procedures and analyze the results with precision.
• Collaborate with cardiologists to discuss findings and diagnostic information.
• Ensure all echocardiograms are conducted according to protocol and technical standards.
• Manage patient data and record accurate observations in electronic medical records.
• Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
• Provide high-level patient care with empathy, ensuring patient comfort during assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest echocardiography guidelines and technology advancements.
• Participate in continuous education and training programs for professional development.
• Assist in developing and implementing department policies and quality assurance programs.
• Educate patients and their families about the echocardiography process and findings.
• Prioritize and manage multiple patient examinations effectively with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in cardiovascular technology or a related field is preferred.
• Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working as an Echo Cardiographer required.
• Profound knowledge of echocardiographic principles, techniques, and instruments.
• Excellent communication skills are needed for effective patient and team interaction.
• Ability to interpret echocardiographic data and provide diagnostic insights confidently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and technical standards.
