The Opportunity

Our Centre in Bayswater is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our fantastic team on a permanent basis, Monday to Friday.

As a key player in our team, youll be essential in creating a warm and educational atmosphere for the children we care for.

Your Main Tasks Will Include

• Keeping children safe and happy with your top-notch supervision skills.
• Teaming up to implement fun and age-appropriate curriculums.
• Offering personalised care, catering to the unique learning styles and needs of every child.
• Encouraging positive behaviour for social and emotional growth.
• Keeping open lines of communication with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns.
• Actively participating in team meetings for a unified approach to early childhood education.
• Cultivating an inclusive, welcoming environment that celebrates diverse backgrounds in a culturally sensitive manner.
  
  

You

To Join Us, Youll Need

• At least a Certificate III in ECEC (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Availability to work rotating rosters from 6.30am – 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.
• A valid WWCC
• Working knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQF, and relevant learning frameworks.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education – you love building strong relationships with children, their families, your colleagues, and the wider community.
