Job Description Summary
MESA Service Finance Early Career Trainee (ECT) is responsible to provide financial visibility on the designated areas, assist with the day-to-day financial activities and reconciliations, and follow-up the action items with the respective teams.
Early Career Trainee is a 12-month program, and it is an investment in young talents where GE trains and develops the general skills of the fresh graduates and develop and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience.

Job Description
List of responsibilities:
- During the program GEHC will provide assignments, projects & tasks that is related to the major where he/she can develop his/her Leadership Capabilities, communication skills and introduce him to the work environment.
- Providing finance support to Service Operations team in MESA.
- Identifying finance data points to establish quarterly Profit & Loss Projection.
- Monitoring the actual accounting records to compare with the quarterly PL projections.
- Escalate the variances to the respective functions and establish a sustainable process for this purpose.
- Follow-up with the functions to determine the root cause of the variance.
- Supporting SVC MAX smooth transitioning from finance perspective until having it free of any systematic Revenue/Cost errors.
- Perform ad-hoc profitability / feasibility analysis on individual projects.
- Work on new dashboards / reports to provide further visibility on the cost and revenue elements.
- Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Fluency in Arabic & English.
- Familiarity with Accounting Principles at intermediate level.
- Experience with Balance Sheet, and Income Statement analysis.
- Having prior exposure to work with ERPs (Oracle, SAP)
- Comfortable to work within the big data to derive meaningful information.
- Good at Microsoft office programs, particularly Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking and positive attitude
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in PowerBI or Oracle Analytics to run and generate dashboards and reports.
- Ability to adapt to always change and demonstrate flexibility.
