Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Product Development Specialist to drive the end-to-end creation and enhancement of products for our online store. This role focuses on optimizing product offerings, improving user experience, and ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills, product knowledge, and digital expertise to enhance our e-commerce portfolio and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Development & Management:
    • Collaborate with marketing, design, and supply chain teams to define and develop new e-commerce products.
    • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and trend forecasting to inform product strategy.
    • Maintain and update the online product catalog, ensuring accuracy of descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.
  • Digital Optimization & UX:
    • Enhance product pages for better discoverability, engagement, and conversion rates.
    • Implement SEO best practices for product listings and ensure consistency across platforms.
    • Analyze user behavior and feedback to improve product presentation and performance.
  • Project Coordination & Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams to launch new products, promotions, and campaigns on schedule.
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely product availability and quality standards.
    • Provide regular updates and insights on product performance to management.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track product performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
    • Use data to recommend product improvements, discontinuations, or expansions.
    • Support A/B testing and other optimization experiments to drive e-commerce growth.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce product management, digital merchandising, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar).
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer experience and market trends.
