The E-commerce Operations Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of online business operations. Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies to improve the customer shopping experience and reduce cart abandonment.
  • Create detailed reports for senior management on sales performance and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role for at least two years.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and experience in generating actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various workflows simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to efficiently collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and meet tight deadlines.
