Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented E-Commerce Marketing Executive to manage and optimize online marketing initiatives for our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will combine digital marketing expertise, analytical skills, and creativity to drive traffic, engagement, and sales. This role requires hands-on experience with digital channels, campaign management, and e-commerce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-Commerce Marketing & Campaign Management:
    • Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms and channels, including social media, email, paid search, and display advertising.
    • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create engaging campaigns that drive sales.
    • Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, conversions, and engagement.
  • Website & Platform Optimization:
    • Ensure product listings, content, and promotional materials are accurate, compelling, and SEO-optimized.
    • Track and analyze website and platform performance to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Support UX/UI initiatives to enhance the customer journey and increase conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, revenue, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Generate reports and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy.
  • Collaboration & Support:
    • Work closely with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
    • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and agencies as needed.
    • Contribute to overall e-commerce strategy and growth initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce marketing.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar).
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
