WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an E-Commerce Executive at Perfetti Van Melle Export Middle East & Africa DMCC, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding the digital sales presence within priority markets. Your primary focus will be to manage and grow strategic e-retail accounts while aligning efforts with the broader ecommerce strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets. Position based in Lebanon.

Operating Environment: This role requires dynamic collaboration with both internal teams—including E-commerce, Marketing, and Country Management—and external partners such as distributors and retail customers, across diverse regional markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive the achievement of budgeted and planned sales targets through proactive account management and sales strategy execution.
2. Develop and manage comprehensive annual budget plans to support business growth and resource allocation.
3. Lead quarterly assortment reviews collaboratively with e-retailers to optimize product offerings and align with market demand.
4. Coordinate monthly rolling forecasts with country managers and distributors to maintain robust sales pipelines and inventory management.
5. Create tailored customer business plans incorporating joint planning KPIs, fostering strategic partnerships and ensuring mutual success.
6. Ensure high SKU availability and maintain service levels, targeting above 85% to maximize customer satisfaction and sales potential.
7. Identify and capitalize on emerging eCommerce opportunities to expand market presence and drive incremental growth.
8. Implement and enhance customer digital journey experiences to improve engagement, conversion rates, and brand loyalty.
9. Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine ecommerce strategies.
10. Act as a key liaison between headquarters, country teams, and external partners to ensure alignment, timely communication, and effective execution of ecommerce initiatives.

• Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute detailed sales plans, with strong forecasting skills and budget management experience.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and external partners effectively across various markets.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems, with the agility to adapt to new technologies.
• Customer Focus: Strong orientation towards building and maintaining mutually beneficial partnerships, always striving for superior customer experience and satisfaction.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages relevant to the region will be an advantage.
