About the Role
We are hiring an E-Commerce Executive for a well-established and diversified business group in the UAE with over 50 years of market presence.
The role will focus on managing and growing the companys online marketplace business across platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Styli. This opportunity is within their retail division, which is recognized as one of the leading wholesale and retail distributors in the region. Their product portfolio includes household essentials, commercial supplies for hotels, hospitals, and schools, as well as watches, sports and fitness equipment, luggage, and travel accessories.
This is a growth-focused role where you will take ownership of day-to-day marketplace operations while actively identifying new opportunities to expand the brand portfolio and increase revenue. You will work closely with senior leadership on commercial decisions while bringing your own marketplace expertise, market knowledge, and proactive ideas to the table.
What Were Looking For
2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central — this is a must.
Active experience on Noon; familiarity with Styli is a plus.
Background in categories such as glassware, storage, kitchenware, or sports goods is preferred.
Strong knowledge of product listing optimization, ASIN creation, and catalog management.
Experience with PO management, inventory coordination, and working with fulfillment teams.
Comfortable advising on marketplace best practices and bringing proactive ideas independently.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with tools like Helium10 or Jungle Scout is an advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
An attested bachelors/masters degree in Business, IT, or a related field — this is a must.
What Youll Do
Marketplace Management & Growth
Manage and grow the companys e-commerce presence across Amazon (Seller Central & Vendor Central), Noon, and Styli across a catalog of 3,000+ SKUs.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics including sales revenue, traffic, conversion rates, Buy Box performance, and customer engagement.
Identify and recommend new marketplace platforms and strategies to expand product reach and sales.
Implement cross-selling, upselling, and bundle strategies to increase average order value.
Support achievement of monthly sales targets and overall marketplace growth goals.
Product Listings & Content
Create and optimize product listings including ASIN creation, titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ content.
Ensure all listings include high-quality images, accurate descriptions, and relevant keywords in line with marketplace best practices.
Manage pricing, promotions, and merchandising activities to maintain competitiveness.
Vendor Coordination & Brand Expansion
Coordinate with vendors and manage purchase orders (POs) to ensure smooth supply and replenishment.
Identify and onboard new brands from distributors and suppliers to expand the product portfolio.
Manage vendor relationships with marketplace platforms covering operational requirements and compliance.
Inventory & Operations
Maintain accurate inventory synchronization across all platforms and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely, accurate order fulfillment.
Manage Vendor Central purchase orders and support replenishment planning.
Marketing & Customer Experience
Support the management of Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) promotions and visibility campaigns.
Monitor marketplace account health including order defect rate, late shipment rate, and policy compliance.
Handle customer inquiries and reviews to maintain high satisfaction and seller ratings.
Reporting & Process
Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations to improve sales and operations.
Use data to identify trends, flag issues, and propose improvements across all platforms.
