Job Description

As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a key role in driving online sales and business growth by managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms and strategies. You will oversee product listings, ensure the accuracy of product information, monitor sales and performance analytics, and coordinate with marketing and creative teams to enhance user experience and conversion. Your innovative approaches and attention to detail will contribute to improving customer satisfaction and expanding our digital presence. This role requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of e-commerce principles, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to implement effective online campaigns and promotions.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings across all e-commerce platforms to boost visibility.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand consumer trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to create and implement online promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor website analytics to identify and rectify performance issues and opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality of third-party tools and technologies.
  • Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to enhance online revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to improve product descriptions and website imagery.
  • Provide customer support guidance to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure product availability and timely updates.
  • Lead efforts to optimize website SEO to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Identify opportunities for website enhancements and implement user-friendly solutions.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, PPC, and other marketing strategies.
  • Experience with inventory management and demand forecasting systems.
  • Outstanding communication and collaborative skills for cross-departmental teamwork.
