Job Description

The E-Commerce Executive plays a critical role in managing the online presence and sales of a company's products or services. This position requires a strategic thinker with a holistic understanding of the digital landscape, including customer preferences and online shopping behaviors. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for enhancing customer engagement and driving e-commerce sales through innovative online marketing and sales strategies. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce operations. Additionally, you will analyze data to understand market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and provide recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to implement digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze e-commerce data and analytics to optimize sales strategies and customer experience.
  • Monitor competition and market trends to keep the e-commerce platform competitive.
  • Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams for timely order delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with digital marketing regulations and privacy policies in e-commerce processes.
  • Work closely with customer service to resolve online customer inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Utilize SEO and SEM techniques to improve online store visibility and traffic.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of e-commerce transactions and customer data.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing an e-commerce platform or online sales strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics and SEO/SEM practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
