DWTC’s Sales Programme offers young UAE Nationals with a high school or diploma background a pathway into a sales career. Participants gain hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle—from core principles to advanced negotiation and consultative selling.
The main purposes of this role are to support the end-to-end recruitment & onboarding process and supporting of other key HR departmental activities across multiple business units within the DWTC. The position is also responsible for supporting in various internal processes that carries out within its operational responsibilities.
The purpose of this position is to be the main contact between the business unit and the P&C department by raising PRs, business cases and follow up on QEF and LPOs followed by liaising with Finance department, Vendors and the Business Unit Management.
