Job Description

• Operational Oversight: Supervise hotel departments during assigned shifts.
• Guest Relations: Address and resolve guest concerns and service requests.
• Coordination: Liaise with department heads to ensure seamless service.
• Incident Management: Respond to emergencies and document incidents.
• Reporting: Compile shift reports and communicate key updates to management.
  
  

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
